We manufacture shearing and forming dies (follow, stationary, blanking and light drawing dies) to make finished parts from iron, steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminium sheets. Above mentioned dies are used in our press department to product medium-large lots of goods. We give the whole deal, from the designing to the realisation of the toolings (By Deckel Maho milling machine, Agie and wire-cut EDM) up to the final product, the customer is updated and supported (especially during prototype phase). The raw materials, used to create toolings, are subject to adequate and certified heat treating (steel) or are supplied from main hard metal and sintered alloy suppliers; this to optimize the duration of toolings, to decrease or annul any presence of burr without other treatments, and to substain punching of hardened steels.
